What we collect

When you apply to test spuun, we collect: your first name, email address, and your answers to our signup questions (household size, cooking confidence, dietary requirements, meal kit history, referral source, and any optional free-text response you provide).

Why we collect it

We use this information to assess your fit for our tester programme, route you to appropriate recipe cohorts, and contact you about testing spuun. We also use aggregated, anonymous data from signup responses to improve our product and marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for the duration of our tester programme and any subsequent product launch. If you'd like us to delete your data at any time, email us and we'll remove it within 30 days.

Who we share it with

We use the following services to operate:

• Supabase — database hosting (your form data is stored here)
• Loops.so — email delivery (we send confirmation and cohort emails through this)
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security
• PostHog — anonymous analytics (we use cookieless mode — no tracking cookies are set)

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for anything other than building and testing spuun.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. We use PostHog in cookieless (memory-only) mode for anonymous page view analytics. No personal data is stored in your browser.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@spuun.app and we'll respond within 30 days.
